Job Description

Our client a well established MNC, a market leader in the pharmaceutical industry. They are looking to hire a HR Manager to support their fast growing business in Malaysia.

About the role;

  • Responsible for full spectrum of HR Operations
  • Handle end to end payroll
  • Champion on Human Capital & Development related projects and time to time reports
  • Performance Management System
  • Recruitment, on-boarding and induction
  • Maintaining employee files
  • Implementing and revising company's compensation program
  • Creating, analysing and updating company's salary budget
  • Conduct salary surveys and perform salary benchmark by presenting input of database received from the surveys
  • Compensation and benefits administration
  • Interpret and advise on employment legislation and regulation
  • Work with line manager to provide support on segments business needs
  • Develop, review and implement policies, procedures and guidelines to be aligned with HR practices
  • Manage employee grievances, counselling and employee relations matters


  • Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/ Human Resource or equivalent
  • Min 5-8 years experience as HR Generalist preferably in healthcare or come from MNC background
  • Proficient with Microsoft office ( PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
  • Meticulous and able to work independently
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Work in a fast pace environment
