Job description

Leading Chemical MNC seeking for an HR Business Partner to part of the organisation expansion. You will be involve in the implementation of HR strategies, policies, procedures and systems in the country in alignment with the global HR strategic objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Review payroll, audits and HR policies, procedure and processes in line with company guidelines and local laws
  • Implements HR operations plan for country in alignment to group/regional HR plans
  • Ensures implementation of HR policies and procedures which is consistent with the group/regional direction
  • Supports HR operations delivery via consulting, advisory, support and guidance to managers on HR matters
  • Ensures all HR initiatives are culturally and legislatively fit for purpose
  • Works with local stakeholders on responsive programs for increased employee engagement and harmonious industrial relationships
  • Roll-out Group/Regional HR initiatives and participates in key HR projects as requested
  • Initiates and secures internal HR communication flows and procedures with the line managers
  • Supports development of Country HR organization structure and resource allocation

Requirements

  • Degree in Human Resource or any equivalant discipline
  • At least 5 years' related experience in a MNC company
  • Proactive, hands-on, visible across the businesses, with good communication, influencing and interpersonal skills
  • Good knowledge and proven experience in change management, employee engagement, compliance and performance management
  • Good knowledge of local labour laws and HR practices
