We are looking for a Head of Customer Intelligence for our international clients who has strong reputation in their fields. The role is leading projects to connect those applications and expand their usage in line with business requirements/use cases.
Key Responsibilities :
- Supports the development of the marketing/channel application layer on the Data Lake, e.g. ADOBE DMP, Salesforce, BackBase
- Configures the applications according to business requirements
- Evaluates software upgrades in each application and ensures continuous data connectivity
- Advises business and data scientists how to automate model deployment into marketing/channel applications
- Monitors usage and serves as first line defense for connectivity issues between Lake and applications
- Leading a team of 3 to 5 system/CRM platform specialists
Key Qualifications :
- Data Analytics, Marketing Intelligence, Technology
- Deep expertise and proven track record in operating CRM platforms at scale
- Experience in ADOBE and UNICA
- Understanding of contextual marketing and technical requirements
- Curious mindset and willingness to learn
- Telco, e-commerce experience
