Job Description

A rapidly of Service Industry is looking for Head of Business Solution to leads the planning and execution process of selling, qualifying, and closing of large and/or challenging opportunities. Acts as a subject matter expert on both the company's and competitor's application offering and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Initialize and implement annual sales plans by both unit and gross-profit standards to maxzimize company profits, and examine the trends and outcomes that emerge from these implementations. The sales plan will be a combination of growing existing accounts and developing new sales.
  • Initiate marketing strategies that boost unit and gross sales at the national, regional and local levels and analyze the efficacy of these strategies
  • Create sales goals by predicting appropriate sales figures for various areas and groupings,and predict sales figures for both potential products and existing products
  • Interfaces with internal departments senior management and external partners to develop and implement strategies, plans and business models
  • Ensures sales solutions meets the needs of customer and company goals
  • Serving as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, trade shows, and expositions

Key Qualifications:

  • At least Bachelor degree in Telecomunication Engineer, Computer Engineer, Information Technology or a related field; MBA preferred
  • 10+ years of senior sales management experience
  • Have sales experience in technology products, services, solutions and offerings
  • Proven professional history of achieving impressive sales results, Expertise executing sales strategies
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills for interacting with team members and prospective customers up to Board level
  • Proficiency in negotiation, meeting customer service needs and sales planning
  • Documented market knowledge
  • Strong talents as a mentor and coach able to improve team morale and productivity
  • Fluency in spoken and written English language
  • Strong selling and negotiation skills
  • Strong communication skills to listen to the customer and articulate back for solution
