Job Description

We are looking for a strategic leader to serve and lead as Head of Asia Portfolio Delivery for my client, a sizable leading international bank.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the delivery of change driven by regional clients including complex and cross-sector change and the early start-up of mobilizing new strategic initiatives
  • In charge of the onboarding of new clients onto proprietary systems and platforms providing a seamless, end to end experience and be accountable throughout the lifecycle of the program
  • Deal with Regional Heads, Sector and Sales teams to understand client requirements and the sales pipeline and ensure that these are factored into Portfolio Planning
  • Manage a sizable team across multiple locations and collaborates with key stakeholders to ensure optimum deployment of delivery resources
  • Work closely with the equivalent role in Europe to determine regular issues and plan to coordinate suitable alternative plans for continued service improvements and delivery

Key Requirements:

  • Strong business knowledge of Fund Admin, Securities, Asset Management
  • Possess a solid working knowledge of change delivery practices including managing change within the Operations and IT environment
  • Experienced program directors who have managed and delivered large transformational change programmes from end to end
