The E-commerce Executive will be responsible for running the daily e-commerce operations across the different platforms. A key responsibility is to grow the contribution of e-commerce to the overall business. In addition, the e-commerce executive is expected to lead and contribute to various projects at regional level across the different MEA markets.
In this role you will:
Manage the day-to-day activities of the E-commerce sales channels (website, Marketplaces, & 3P retailers)
Regularly monitoring the online landscape and performing detailed competitor analysis and status updates.
Ensure stock levels are maintained and contingency plans are in place for any stock challenges.
Producing regular reporting and periodic research into key consumer segments and digital product usage.
Strong experience in online shop management: content management, merchandising, A/B testing, and troubleshooting.
Previous experience in managing the e-commerce channel at either a brand or retailer level.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment with demanding reporting deadlines
Ability to build strong relationships in the region from a retailer perspective
