Job description

My client is in the FMCG industry and rated number 1 in Europe. They are undergoing a digital transformation phase and this is a expansion role. This position will support the APAC Market on the online platform as well as providing technical input. They are looking to groom the next Digital Project Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Takes ownership of 10 Websites in the APAC region - provides Level One support, websites configuration, provide quick response via email or phone.
  • Escalate issues to Level Two and level Three support when needed
  • Actively provide status updates to the business stakeholders
  • Comfortable to provide training to the markerts' users and ensure market is up to speed
  • Maintenance and Management of internal support tools, systems, and related roadmaps.
  • Proactively perform website audits to ensure everything is in order

Requirements:

  • Good to have working experience in eCommerce projects lifecycle
  • Knowledge of Salesforce/Demandware cloud is a bonus
  • Knowledge of ticketing platform tools such as JIRA, Wiki is a plus
  • Good spoken and written English
