Our client is a leading bank is looking for a Digital Experience Senior Manager to part of their Digital Banking team
- Manage delivery of digital transformation projects for the Digital growth and services capabilities within the Retail banking & Wealth Management business
- Drive channel migration via digital changes by deploying innovative and customer-centric digital features for the business in line with company policies, to contribute to sales revenue and channel effectiveness on digital channels E.g. uplift the sales revenue and channel etc.
- Promote Digital adoption throughout the business, monitor digital performance and ensure compliance and regulatory initiatives
- Strong business knowledge of Retail Banking & Wealth Management products
- Experience with digital transformation projects
- Strong knowledge in channel development & delivery, channel migration and channel risk and fraud management
