Customer Care Executive (Luxury Retail Brand)

Our client has a brand name synonymous with luxury and can be found all over the world. Their products are in the high-end luxury retail space and an exciting new opportunity has recently become available with them. To main the high standard of customer service, they are currently looking for a Customer Care Executive to join their Hong Kong office.


  • Handling customer complaints, comfort customers and staff
  • Answer customer enquires
  • Provide Aftersales Services in professional and timely manner
  • Monitor product repairing schedule
  • Assist in ad-hoc projects as assigned


  • Minimum 3 years' relevant experiences
  • Customer service experiences - preferably in luxury retail
  • Good command of English and Chinese (Both Written and spoken)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experiences in handling complaint cases
