- Responsible on the CRM Strategy, aligned with the global directions and drive the business in improving the customer experience.
- Responsible for all projects design and implementation, from personalization, marketing automation, social CRM, data-driven marketing, and clienteling.
- Responsible in tabulating datas from reports and studies, in delivering insights
- To build, run and upgrade-new systems in operating campaign amnagement, O2O campaigns,d ata visualization.
- Liasing with media (CRM) agency in viewing their level of service and expertise, quality of delivery in both strategic design and execution.
- Possesed strong business-driven and customer focus
- Strong analytical skills
- Able to translate consumers data & behaviors into business opportunities
- Strong 5 years in CRM Management and customer acquisition
