A fantastic opportunity has arisen to work for a global Professional services business. As a senior CRM Manager, you will be a part of a small but highly regarded and agile CRM team. The core purpose of the role is to lead, enable and manage the transformation programme and upgrade of the CRM system.
You will set up and run the project management office (PMO), identifying risks/issues, creating plans to address them and ensuring deliverables are implemented on time. You will also design and implement the CRM strategy and vision, act as a knowledge base and ambassador for the project and drive and develop the user experience including upgrades, customisation and third party integrations
To be successful in this role, you will have strong stakeholder and change management skills, proven experience of working with CRM platforms, strong analytical and programme/project management skills and be able to communicate to senior stakeholders
