A world renowned luxury skincare brand is looking for a talented CRM Manager to help develop, implement and manage CRM programmes, events with an aim to improve and enhance customers' satisfaction and retention.
- To lead a CRM team and recommends strategies on related issues on the products/services, customer database management, CRM implementation, loyalty programmes and tactical promotions in order to strengthen brand presence
- To generate new business to achieve defined sales targets
- To have tailor made campaign for targeted audience to maximize impact
- To have action plans for new product launches to increase active customer base through more targeted CRM initiatives-drive 2nd purchase and repeat purchase
- To build and deepen relationship with all the customers to achieve committed target and fulfillment of customers' needs towards customer base expansion
- To identify and study customer purchase behavior via CRM system
- To provide truly professional customer service to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction and retention; and
- To carry out such duties as the Principal may from time to time direct
- to know the customer's needs and understand the whole customer journey
- Degree in Mass Communication or Marketing
- Possess good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lead a team, strategic planner and good organizational skills
- Creative mind set
- Good team player
- Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Melayu is a MUST
- Preferably someone from the beauty, fashion, luxury retail background
