- The TA Manager is to build recruitment infrastructure and strategy to recruit high quality candidates in all areas (programming/artistic/administration)
- Partnering with hiring managers regularly maximize and improve recruitment strategies and progresses
- Develop strategic relations with contacts within key associations and university programs to support the sourcing of top talent
- Underscore the overall employment brand in all activities and industry events
- Stay current with trends related to recruitment within industry, incorporates these trends into Singapore's recruitment strategy where appropriate.
- Recruit for various roles for the production of video game; responsible for the hiring process, from the search to the signing of the candidate
- Optimize technology and tools that support the recruitment strategy i.e. Job portal, Social Media etc.
- At least 7-8 years of progressive tech recruiting experience;
- Knowledge of video game industry and recruiting in gaming is an asset;
- Excellent communication skills, ability to build strong relationships, and leadership
- Adaptable/flexible; understands the dynamic entrepreneurial environment
- Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and having fun!
