The Role

Commercial Director will serve as Business Development lead within the Corporate Development organization. He or She will plan, develop and implement commercial strategies that reflect the objectives and priorities of their organization. Typically, these strategies will focus on maximizing opportunities for profit, generating revenue and creating sustainable growth

Sales and Strategic Planning

  • Developing and implementing commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth
  • Conducting market research and analysis to create detailed business plans on commercial opportunities
  • Identify, nurture and grow own leads through networking activities, events and market mapping
  • Managing existing client relationships
  • Designing and implementing new sales & customer acquisition strategies.
  • Collaborating with and coordinating internal sales and marketing teams
  • Monitoring performance of commercial activities using key metrics and reporting to senior management.
  • Establishing and maintaining long-term, profitable partnerships with key stakeholders.
  • Assisting with setting, managing and monitoring financial targets and budget development.

Digital Transformation

  • Develop programs to implement transformational change which will enable the organization to deliver products and services which are efficient and highly effective of high-quality and user-center
  • Develop, manage, monitor and implement the group's digital strategy in line with organizational values, objectives and priorities
  • Create and support an environment of digital innovation and best practice, ensuring the use of technologies for the benefit of stakeholders and member
  • Create and embed a prioritization approach to develop a roadmap for innovation with the relevant processes, tools and metrics to support business objectives and new growth opportunities

The Person

The ideal candidate will:

**Thai National only** with a strong background in Sales / Marketing / Strategic Planning/ Digital Transformation ***

  • Degree level in Engineering or other technical field and / or Business
  • Experience in Sales and Strategic Marketing in Hardware Tools and Building Materials
  • Be able to make the tough decision and have strong managerial courage
  • English communication skills, both verbally and in writing
