Job summary:

We are looking for a Clinical Support Representative Manager to enhance the quality of surgery case management, maximize satisfaction and promote cost effectiveness. The successful candidate will be accountable for the full surgery case cycle. Clinical Support Representative Manager duties include assessing, planning, implementing, monitoring and evaluating actions required to meet the client's surgery case and services needed.


  • Coordinate and provide support surgical case that is safe, timely, effective, efficient, equitable, and client-centered
  • Handle case assignments, draft service plans, review case progress and determine case closer
  • Help Doctor achieve for surgical case and patient achieve wellness
  • Facilitate multiple care aspects (case coordination, information sharing, etc.)
  • Provide Company product or its technical support to doctor by acting as their advocate regarding their clinical status and treatment options
  • Develop effective working relations and cooperate with Sales team throughout the entire case management process
  • Record cases information, complete accurately all necessary forms and produce statistical reports
  • Assess and address motivational matters to clinical support representative team
  • Enhance professional standards for Clinical Support Representative team as outlined by company requirement


  • Bachelor degree in related Nursing or healthcare field
  • Proven working experience in surgery case management and working closely with a surgery doctor or a related job
  • Excellent knowledge of case management principles
  • Previous experience with Operation Room related to orthopedic case
  • Effective communication, time management and problem solving skills
  • Proven people management leadership and project team participation
