Job Description

Our client is a multi-national exclusive 5* hotel providing luxury services to international clients. They have hotels all over the world and are now looking for a talented 'Catering & Events Director and a Wedding Sales Manager' who will lead and mentor their teams in various functions.

· *EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A 5* HOTEL IS A MUST*

· *THAI NATIONAL ONLY*

Key Responsibilities:

· Build strong relationships with local and international clients, using this to close deals and represent the brand,

· Taking care of driving revenue for a variety of events including but not limited to:

ü Catering,

ü F&B,

ü Exhibitions,

ü Openings,

ü Weddings (for the 'Wedding Sales Manager'),

· Lead and mentor team into achieving targets,

· Design strategies to enable sales team to perform optimally,

· Manage subordinates pipelines,

· Attend networking events and functions to generate more leads and build upon business,

· Be approachable and empathetic to clients and use emotional intelligence to understand their requirements and propose solutions,

Requirements:

· Very sociable and approachable,

· Strong business and commercial acumen,

· A leader with a strong sense of direction that can be easily conveyed to subordinates,

· A successful sales track record,

· Good at managing and building relationships,

· *EXPERIENCE WORKING FOR A 5* HOTEL IS A MUST*
