Our client is a global medical technology development company. They are providing innovative healthcare to improve patients life. They are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to join their team in Thailand. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for the development and management of new business opportunities within Thailand.
- Implement and execute business plans and marketing strategies to direct company's objectives.
- Develop and execute business plans to target new markets and businesses in specific markets within Thailand.
- Develop good relationships with distribution partners and support product training & CMEs to drive awareness and growth in Thailand.
- Identify opportunities for business plan, campaigns, services and distribution channels that will lead to an increase in sales.
- In depth knowledge of customers, competitor activity, market share, key decision maker and overall situation in the market.
- Work closely with the commercial and other cross function teams to build and support business strategy.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration or industry related.
- Previous experience in medical devices MNC with minimum 5 years with distributor management experience.
- Strong commercial acumen and analytically minded.
- Highly capable in working collaboratively with teams.
- Fluent speak and written in English and Thai.
