Our client is one of the fastest growing cosmetics brands in Europe. Currently they are searching a Brand Manager to join their star-up operations in Hong Kong, responsible for building and expanding the business in Asia Pacific with the P&L responsibility.
- Define brand strategies to enter the Asia Pacific markets, accountable for business growth and brand development
- Conduct market trend analysis, sales strategies management and market development plan
- Develop the launch strategies both retail distributions and eCommerce
- Plan and lead innovative digital marketing to build brand awareness on E-commerce in order to drive business growth
- Develop, execute and monitor brand's operation, and lead the team to ensure brand's objective is achieved
- Degree holder in marketing, business or related field
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in brand management and make up experience is a must
- Strong strategic planning, analytical and conceptual skills
- Knowledge in eCommerce and business development is an advantage.
- Experience in leading a team is an advantage.
- Excellent command in English, Cantonese or Mandarin would be an advantage
