Our client is a luxury beauty & fragrance brand rapidly expanding across the middle east
Day to Day Responsibilities:
- Develop pricing & distribution strategies and manage sales and marketing campaigns to ensure that products meet customers' expectations and build credibility of the brand.
- Carry out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, whilst predicting future trends.
- Be involved in the creative aspects of the brand, strong influence on the Artwork and Graphics used in marketing.
- Monitor marketing trends with competitors
- Responsibility of managing budget and brand product strategies to achieve the objectives.
- Work cross functionally across the business to develop the brand
- Manage a small team of marketing & graphic designers
- Minimum brand management experience of 7 years
- Digital and social media skills with a good understanding of online and major marketing channels
- Excellent communication both internally and externally working as part of a team
