Job Description

Our clients are the brands specializing in luxury cosmetics and skincare, searching for an experienced Brand General Manager to build Brand to be a leading and profitable luxury beauty brand in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall management, direction, and control of the brand, to ensure consistent and target revenue.
  • Develop marketing/communications strategies, marketing analysis, and CRM events - a road map to generate sales and income.
  • Recommend and implement an effective marketing plan for new products launch.
  • Plan and execute marketing/sales plan under the guideline policy of the HQ.
  • Responsible for an annual budget with an objective to achieve sales, maintain and increase consumers.
  • Full P&L responsibility for the brand in line with Budget
  • Recruit & manage a strong local team to build & execute strong plans to accelerate the retail sales and channel growth and also to build strong brand love and conversion

Requirements:

*THAI NATIONAL ONLY*

  • Bachelor Degree to higher in Marketing or MBA.
  • Experienced in Cosmetic skincare retail.
  • Has to experience in P&L analytical role.
  • Excellent management skills, be the leader to develop and engage team members.
  • Excellent Communications and Team player that is a people person with strong leadership
  • Demanding and paying attention to the details
  • Fluent in English.
