You need to organize project-based training seminars locally or across the region. You will support in implementing the retail training model with market intelligence that enhance added value to the business in the region. You also need to support and coordinate the Mystery Shopper Program. You will liaise with HQ for the training materials design and fully responsible for the APAC retail training.
You need to have at least 5 years' retail training delivery experience in fashion/beauty/luxury retail industry. Proven experience of delivering in-store coaching and customer service and selling techniques training program. Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English, Chinese and Mandarin.
