My client is ranked within the top 5 European and top 50 global managed services suppliers and are currently operating in 13 countries across the globe.
An opportunity has arisen for a 2nd Line Field Engineer working onsite with a large client with six sites across London.
The successful candidate must have recent experience in providing quality 2nd line technical support on incidents and have escalated problems.
The must haves:
- Previous experience of providing IT Support in a commercial environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting the following
- Microsoft Exchange; Active Directory; Office 365; Windows Servers (full range); Server Virtualisation (HyperV / VMWare); Local Area Networking; Symantec Products; Cisco LAN/WAN (routers, switches, ASAs); Routing / switching equipment including, but not limited to, Cisco, Dell, HP switches, routers and firewalls; Citrix ( XenApp/XenDesktop)
Please note, this is a field based role, so all applicants must be prepared to travel across central and Greater London.
