Job description
My London based client are on the lookout for a Second Line Field Engineer, to join their support team, in providing excellence customer service to a number of clients and end users across the UK.
Succsesful candidates will:
- Have experienc in IT networks incorporating Microsoft, Dell, Cisco, Symantec, Cloud and Citrix technologies
- Brilliant customer service- handleding customer incidents, queries or complaints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience supporting- Microsoft Exchange, Active Directory, Office 365, Virtualisation and Cisco
- Formal IT qualification-MCSE/MCITP or MCPs
Please note my client welcomes 1st line engineers, as long as theses indiviudals are certified (MCSE/MCITP or MCPs)
