Paul Fox:

After graduating from Queens University in Belfast, Paul completed an MBA and joined a FTSE 100 retailer in a number of management roles before entering a leading international recruitment business where he focussed on recruiting into a number of consumer and business-to-business industries.

Paul was a founding Partner of Redgrave Partners and managed and developed the Commerce and Industry practice areas within the business before going on to establish and lead Redgrave's middle management recruitment brand, Argyll Scott.

Caroline Hudson:

Caroline Hudson is a founding member of Argyll Scott International. Having graduated from Northumbria University in Modern Languages with International Economics, Marketing and Business, Caroline is fluent in both French & Spanish

Starting her career in the City working for a leading Financial Services recruiter specialising in the Infrastructure vertical, Caroline has been responsible throughout her career for defining and delivering recruitment solutions across both Financial Services and Commercial business lines.

Most recently Caroline has been an operating board member for an international recruitment business where she had responsibility for its London and Middlesex professional services business.

With over 12 years experience at the heart of City recruitment, Caroline is now responsible for the development and growth of Argyll Scott International in London and continues to successfully manage a select number of client relationships.
