We understand the complexities of the legal market and know that recruiting a lawyer for an in-house position is very different from recruiting a lawyer for a law firm. The needs of an investment bank’s legal department vary in many ways from the needs of the legal function of a telecommunications company and the right lawyer for the magic circle will likely be different from the right lawyer for a West End boutique.
We ensure that our consultants are specialists in their fields and we provide a highly consultative service to both employers and the individual lawyers we represent to ensure that not only does the individual have the right technical skills for the role, but also the right attitude and approach for the working environment.

Similarly, we spend time with our candidates to ensure we fully understand their capabilities and career aspirations so that we only submit them for the positions for which they are truly suitable.
