Our Financial Services team is led by Matt Wadsworth. Matt has over ten years recruitment experience advising a wide range of companies on how to attract and retain highly talented individuals. Before joining Argyll Scott, Matt was responsible for the temporary banking and financial services business at a leading FS contingent recruiter before heading up the Financial Services division at a global business.

Over the past seven years, Matt has established a strong reputation across financial services recruiting finance and operations executives. He has developed close working relationships across Investment and Retail Banking, Broking, Investment Management and Insurance organisations and is part of the senior management team at Argyll Scott.
